1. General
By completing a booking through our platform, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between the guest and our company.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit (where applicable). The guest will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. Guests are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their booking information.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations, amendments, and refunds are subject to the policy stated in each specific product or service. If no policy is displayed, the booking is considered non-refundable.
No-show bookings are fully charged.
4. Check-in Requirements
Guests must arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrival may result in loss of the booking without compensation. Guests must present a valid booking voucher or ID upon request.
5. Safety & Conduct
Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff or partners. The company reserves the right to refuse participation to any guest whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive.
6. Weather & Operational Changes
Activities may be rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to weather conditions, technical issues, or operational requirements. In such cases, the company will offer an alternative date or a refund according to the stated policy.
7. Liability
Participation in activities is at the guest’s own risk. The company is not responsible for loss of personal items, injuries, delays, or events outside its control. Guests are advised to have adequate travel or health insurance.
8. Third-Party Services
Some services may be operated by third-party providers. By booking, the guest agrees to the terms and liability conditions of those providers.
9. Personal Data
All personal information is processed according to applicable privacy regulations and is used solely for the purpose of managing the guest’s booking and experience.
10. Secure Payments
All payments processed through our platform are securely handled via Stripe, a globally recognized payment provider. Stripe uses advanced encryption technologies (SSL/TLS) to protect personal and financial information, ensuring that transactions are safe from start to finish.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By ticking the acceptance box during checkout, the guest confirms full agreement with these Terms & Conditions. Without acceptance, the booking cannot be completed.
Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.
There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.
Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.
We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
